Hi guys! I'm finally back from the busiest time of my life due to my final exam. I am officially graduated since two days and I couldn't be happier. Getting up early for class, going to bed late after assignments, stressed by exams, and now all my effort and determination has paid off.. I did it! I can't believe what once a dream was became reality.
This too shall pass.Six years ago I could barely speak German and in the first two of them I just basically communicated with my man in English. Now I couldn't imagine myself talk in English with him! Haha. How crazy is it?! And this year I have achieved something worth celebrating. It still feels so unreal and takes time to reflect on what I've done and relish in my accomplishment. The past years were not easy for me since I was kind of in a whole new situation and I needed to learn everything by myself. New culture, new language, new way of thinking.. it was indeed a culture shock! And when I look back at my past self, I am very proud of myself and my growth that I'd make it this far. Lucky me I got so many helps along the way, especially from my man and I couldn't thank him enough! I literally had to double study everything and he has been the best support system I could ever ask for and I'm grateful for him. Graduating is certainly a milestone but I am aware that life is the biggest learning experience of them all!
There will surely be many even bigger challenges and opportunities and I am excited for what life has in store for me next. Since I am now in the space in-between my old life ending and my new one starting, I'll just enjoy life and relax after my long years of stress in school because it's time to relish and breathe it in. I'll be right here savoring how grateful I am as one door opens and another one closes. If you notice it, I got a new haircut for a little celebration because I've never had such a short hair before and I already love it! Here's to an exciting new future and all the happiness that comes with it.
When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn. (Harriet Beecher Stowe)
Until then.
